Week 1
Quantum Training
Qubo delivers a half-day workshop on intro quantum training that is targeted at non-technical backgrounds, followed by Q&A.
Week 2-3
Problem Discovery
Qubo meets with stakeholders to gather information about your business unit to understand your goals and pain points. We will leave Quantum at the door and speak in your language. We will discuss your problems that could be optimized to improve efficiency of your business unit.
Qubo will reflect on these discussions, conduct literature searches, and identify relevant Quantum Technology use cases and case studies.
Week 4
Quantum Training
Qubo delivers further training on Quantum Technology use cases and case studies relevant to the stakeholder goals and pain points discussed in Week 2-3.
Further discussions with key stakeholders will be held to ensure problem-solution fit.
Week 5-6
Consulting Meeting
Qubo meets with stakeholders to review the Quantum Technologies applicable to your vertical. We will identify the problem with the greatest potential for improvement with Quantum Technologies.
Qubo will present the chosen problem, show applicable previous case study(ies), and explain the reasoning in choosing this problem. Next steps will also be presented, should the business unit decide to proceed with a Proof of Concept.
